Junior Year
| Time Spent getting to know student's strengths, interestes, abilities, discovering what their personal goals are, what types of settings they work best in. Also possibly some practice/demonstrations of possible career tasks. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Final review of work-related accomplishments, what is desired from a work place, and expected as an employee. If goals have changed, additional Job shadowing is likely. If job goals are the same, possible non-paid work experience leading to paid work is an option. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
